Our product designs may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

* Only our products originally painted by our artists may be considered for refund. Please review the eligibility requirements for returns.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  2. The product has not been registered for tracking
  3. The product isn't used or damaged
  4. You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  5. The product purchased was not a product that you painted

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from MyTravelingPlate.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance via email janine@mytravelingplate.com. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Home Party, Demonstrations and Special Event items

Home Parties, demonstrations and special event items cannot be refunded.

Track My Plate

Items that have been registered for tracking cannot be refunded.
